At Ah Yat, not only do they serve their signature large abalone dishes, different types of dim sums are also available here. Love their glutinous rice with pork meat wrap in banana leafs as is really fragrant and delicious! The char siew bao also taste equally good too! We ordered mayonaise prawns with brocoli and bird nest egg tarts for lunch.We were greatly surprised by the size of the prawns, they were big and very fresh indeed.We had a good time eating the prawns well coated with mayo sauce.The bird nest egg tarts were a novelty but it tasted rather normal.The bird nest tasted abit like normal jellies, but it is still a sweet and comforting dessert.

This was my first visit to this branch at UE square. I must say I was quite disappointed with the quality of the food. We ordered the set for 10 people, about $688++. It comprised of alaskan crabs, peking duck, abalone and etc. The signature sauce for the abalone was great. This is probably the best dish of the night.
