The chicken meat here is very juicy and tender, which the chicken skin has been deep fried till really crispy and not too oily. Like the small little crispy crust on the chicken skins which is very fragrant. Those who cannot really take too spicy chilli should not take the risk to try their chilly sauce which is very spicy, but still is very tasty and goes really well with the chicken meat.
