Fish been hoon soup is usually one my favourite choice of food whenever I feel like going for a short term diet. The one sold here has that really sweet fragrant soup base with generous amount of evaporated milk in it. The fried fish meat is slightly crispy on the outside and the fish meat is very fresh and no stingy smell in it. The thick bee hoon is smooth and chewy.
