It was one of those days that i have got a crazy crave for fried kway teow. I tried it for the first time from this stall. They fried both the kway teow and the mee well to give it a distinct wok taste before added in the egg, cockles, fishcake and vegetable to fry a little longer together with the fried pork lards to give it the flavor. The texture was nicely moist. It might not be the best fried kway teow that i ever eaten but good to satisfy my craving.
