This stall is always the must have stall for me if I'm having my meal at the Old Airport. This stall is always the must have stall for me if I'm having my meal at the Old Airport. This stall not only sells porridge, they do sell some kind of noodle and fried Tou Fu.

What's so special about this stall is that they fried their You Tiao on the spot itself, so it is very fresh and crispy. Unlike most of the congee stalls which give moderate or little You Tiao, they give 1 stick of the You Tiao uncut. So you are suppose to dip your You Tiao with the congee. You can also request to have your You Tiao cut, which I usually does. And their congee does not come with egg, you have to pay $0.20 to have it in.

Their porridge is cook very finely, the chicken is not those tiny slice pieces of chicken but small cube of chicken which is very tender and very generous.

But I hate patronizing them during peak hours because I can't get the individual soya sauce and pepper set to myself. As I like to have my congee with additional pepper and soya sauce, and it is kind of weird to walk back to the stall to just simply add pepper and soya sauce. Thus, if you are like me, best to request to add more pepper or soya sauce before you head back to your table!
