Very disappointing. I liked their food alot, but due to a very bad experience, i won't be patronizing them anymore. Though i still have cravings to buy their food.

Stall Design:
I was attracted by the stall's appearance when i was passing by. A truly modern hawker stall indeed. Bright and beautiful colors. Very well designed stall front for a hawker. Stands out alot among the other stalls. The queuing area is abit cramp. No, sorry. Its actually very cramp. Wrong location to open this stall, if they can't cook your food fast enough. Cooking speed is abit slow here.

Price:
I noticed from the previous reviews that it costs $2.50 for a bowl of wanton noodles. I think they increased their price. Now its $3(minimum), and $4 for a bigger portion. Likewise for most of the other items on the menu. If you order takeaway, they will put your food in a paper bowl, not the transparent plastic bag kind. And most of all, they don't charge extra for that paper bowl/chopstick/spoon! Free! No extra 20cents!

Food:
Their wanton noodles is not bad. Not the best in SG, but is one of the better ones among the area. Although its not the stall owner's recipe(originated in airport road), but still good. Very nice sauce, and sufficient. Tangy noodles. The Char siew meat is too lean, and therefore dry. Mine was totally lean char siew meat everytime i bought from them. The noodles are moist enough.

Service:
Theres always a grumpy auntie who takes your order. But if you can ignore that, its not bad actually, since there is a queue counter.

My Bad experience:
Just my luck. Came back from work, and this had to happen. I told the auntie that i wanted a $4 wanton noodles, and takeaway. My order came, but in a tray. She didn't hear the takeaway part apparently. I told her again that i wanted to takeaway. And they both started blaming me again and again. They said: "If you want to takeaway, then u must tell us!"

Well i did. What's with this sudden big reaction? They ignored the possible fact that the auntie did not hear my order clearly. They jumped straight to the conclusion that i did not mention that i want the food to be takeaway, and therefore i'm eating there. Unlike most other stall owners, when they are taking your order, they do not bother to ask you whether u are eating there or not.

I kept quiet throughout and did not bother to argue with them. They gave me a very black face, and kept shaking their head(A "buay tahan" you sign), and reprimanded me while transferring my food to the paper bowl for takeaway. Lucky for them, i did not explode with anger.

Overall, good food and no extra 20 cents for paper bowl/chopsticks and spoon(takeaway), despite with dry(lean) char siew and bad attitude of the staffs.
