I ordered wanton Mee Pok dry at $3. Last time, I tried the old airport road stall hence decided to give this a try to see if is any different from the original stall. This stall use the queue number display system hence can sit down on my table while waiting for my queue number to be displayed. The noodles are springy and the chili also taste shiok but a bit overly spicy. The char siew is tender and juicy and quite lean. For my dinner, I had a takeaway of from the stall nearby my workplace. I got a plastic container as I didn't want the noodles to be all mixed up with the belachan chilli which I got the stall owner to put at the bottom of the plastic container. The noodles are quite springy and it does not have the alkaline taste in them. The char siew was rather lean, but luckily the char siew meat is not tough to chew on so that is alright. Very disappointing. I liked their food alot, but due to a very bad experience, i won't be patronizing them anymore. THis bowl of noodles is my favourite among most of my friends, however it does not really impressed me. The noodles may be chewy and bouncy, but dislike the ingredients topped on it. THe char siew meat was abit too dry and not roasted to perfection, just like only simple marination of char siew sauce to it only. The wanton is too simply as only minced pork can be found in it.

I was wondering how the noodles made with so many colours. Orange colour for Carrot, Green colour for Spinach vege, Yellow colour for normal noodles and etc. Cho Kee Noodle is the one which has the creative mindset for colourful noodles.It was located at Block 177 near Toa Payoh MRT. The colourful Wanton Noodles from this stall have really attracted me!
