Service is brisk, with the uncle working non-stop - hardly looking up, with his steps all rehearsed, probably honed from his many years of experience. His daughter, a very friendly auntie with a booming voice takes the orders. She has a very good memory and can take several orders at one go. She recognizes most of her regular customers and is very chummy with them and respectful to the elders. We only started coming here regularly for the past 2-3 months once a week for breakfast and she already recognizes us
