have been hearing a lot about this eating place recently and decided to try it for myself!As it was the third day of CNY, I was not sure if the place was opened, so I found the telephone number online and called to ask. The staff that answered my call was friendly and assured me that I will be able to get a table when I reach.The menu was simple, they did not have a large variety of food. So we decided to go with the popular choices such as Cockles, Butter milk pork, 3 eggs spinach and Hor Fun.

The plate of cockles is served cold with lots of garlic and chilli. I liked the taste, but it makes the mouth stinks.

The butter milk pork was a little too sweet for me, but I enjoyed the interesting combination of milk and pork.
(And after the pork was served, I was too busy eating to take any photos..)
The 3 egg spinach was cooked just nice. The gravy was not salty, so it doubled up as soup.

I have to commend their service again, because we initially ordered just Hor Fun, thinking that it will have egg in the sauce. But when it came, we realised we had ordered wrongly and asked for a change to Hua Dan Hor Fun. I was surprised when the staff just took the plate of Hor Fun and changed it for us without making any noise. The service is really good!
