I had the sheng Mian (生面,) aka crispy seafood noodles. The dish was well-presented with quite a lot of ingredients such as fresh sliced fish, prawns and sliced pork. The sauce had plenty of egg in it & was good, not too salty & yet still flavourful. My hubby had the dry beef hor fun. The beef slices were tender and you can taste the wok-hei in the dish. The hor fun was not too oily & the flavour was done just nice as well.
A stall worth re-visiting for regular zi-char dishes.
