I had the sheng Mian (生面,) aka crispy seafood noodles. The dish was well-presented with quite a lot of ingredients such as fresh sliced fish, prawns and sliced pork. The sauce had plenty of egg in it & was good, not too salty & yet still flavourful. I had the sheng Mian (生面,) aka crispy seafood noodles. The dish was well-presented with quite a lot of ingredients such as fresh sliced fish, prawns and sliced pork. The sauce had plenty of egg in it & was good, not too salty & yet still flavourful. The crispy noodles were the thick kind, so if you like your noodles softer you can let it soak in the gravy for longer.

My hubby had the dry beef hor fun. The beef slices were tender and you can taste the wok-hei in the dish. The hor fun was not too oily & the flavour was done just nice as well.
