The Food Republic in Somerset 313 is on the 5th floor. It is different from the other food court. It has a very clean, bright and classy ambiance. In the middle of the food court is an opening that allows one to look all the way down to the ground floor. The stalls are arranged in an unusual way, not like the standard stalls by stalls way. This dessert stall is like an island surrounded by the tables and chairs. It has a great variety of desserts. But my daughter picked this Aloe Vera Grass Jell

A little unusual. Glass Jelly's normally mixed with Longgan.

The grass jelly itself was quite tasteless but the aloe vera was sweet. With a little lime squeezed into it, uhm, what a refreshing taste.
