Anyway, we ordered the choc souffle ($18+). Yes, it's pretty expensive for dessert but I trust LB to produce good choc - and guess what? I had no regrets! The souffle turned out pretty good. It actually wasn't very sweet. It comes with raspberry sorbet and a side of low-fat (maybe even non-fat - not too sure) milk to pour into the souffle. What you get is a lovely chocolate mash - think choc lava cake only wetter. Takes a while to be ready, about 15-20 mins, but I think it's worth the wait.
