Headed down to Santouka with a close friend of mine to try the ramen. I've heard raving reviews about this place and had high expectations. Fortunately, they were met. The ramen noodles were springy and the broth was full of flavour. I particularly enjoyed the cha siu because it was soft and had just the right amount of fat.The chawanmushi was also one of the yummiest I've ever had, would definitely recommend the chawanmushi for anyone who ever eats at Santouka.Likes-Chawanmushi- Being able to o

The chawanmushi was also one of the yummiest I've ever had, would definitely recommend the chawanmushi for anyone who ever eats at Santouka.
