This is the original shop where Bengawan Solo started. It is famous for its Indonesian kuehs and plain western cake, such as Walnut cake, Marble cake etc. The Pandan Chiffon cake is one of the best in Singapore & highly popular with Hong Kong tourist. It uses good quality butter and ingredients which is why the prices are higher. Harum Manis is like a steam sponge cake with ripe sliced banana topping. It has a nice brown sugar taste.
