This was my first time dining at Morganfield. It is the 'Home of sticky Bones' , with their signature dish of prime pork rib slow cooked and smoked till the meat is soft and tender. I ordered their signature dish, Hickory BBQ Spare Ribs. This dish was the most tender and succulent pork ribs cooked with bbq sauce. It was extremely flavourful and tender, really sweet and delicious! You can choose whether to order half/ full slab. Their half slab was really quite big! Hence sharing will be recommen

I highly recommend Morganfield if you are a meat lover, especially for pork ribs!
