Took away some dim sum home. I had their char siew bao. They looked small and unappealing but it is really tasty on the inside. The pork are fragrant and tender! Not much fatty meat too. Also i had this fried yam ball filled with char siew. The outside is very crispy and the inside are filled with yam and pork. Fillings are the same as the bao in this case, the shell is harder. I didn't really like it as i find it too hard and quite soggy on the inside. Anyway, i also saw them selling century eg
