Hokee 'luo mai gai' steamed glutinuous chicken rice and one dollar dumpling with minced pork and chives. I simply like these two dim sum (singapore local delight) because they were well marinated and steamed. I like to eat it while they are warm from steamer. both of these are not too salty and they are very tasty!
