I was invited to a Indian festive celebration. The catering was from The Prata Place. The food that the guests were served were Brayani. it has heavy spices added onto the basmanti rice. The next carbohydrate is the chapati. The chapati is thick and just eating the single piece of chapati can be filling. The main carbohydrate dish is the mee siam. The mee siam looked chilli hot but the it was not spicy hot. The main dish to go with all these carbohydrate is the curry chicken. The chicken serving is big portion such as breast meat and chicken. I did not see any drumstick. The vegetable dish is the potato. The potato is also well done.

I enjoyed all the dishes as they are not my frequent dishes and the taste is fine for a non-Indian dinner. For a change of dish at times will bring great joy in eating.
