Famished after a zoo trip but refused to pay top bucks for local food, thus we hunted this prata place that about 10 mins drive away. Lucky it's air conditioned so we immediately liked the place already. We ordered an assortment of food and drinks as we were all thirsty and hungry. The pratas were generally good and the rice dishes were ok too. Generally not the best Prata cafe in Singapore but I don't have much complains. We travelled from the far East to Upper Thomson for prata! Came here on a weekday afternoon and the place was not crowded.It was my first time there, and on my friend's recommendation, I ordered the Banana chocolate prata for $3.80. It was extremely delicious. The prata was crispy and the banana was sliced and wrapped up inside the prata, with chocolate sauce drizzled on top of it.Even though the shop is very out of the way, I would definitely come back here to try the other pratas!!

The Prata Place is a branch of The Prata Shop at Casuarina. Parking slots are very limited here. The prata here is the crispy type and it was really good. Definitely much better than the one I ate at Upper Thomson Road. The prata was fresh and fluffy with a tad of crispiness on the outer crust. You can request for either Chicken or Fish curry. For people who like to eat them with sugar, it is available too.

After church one day, me and my friends headed down to the prata house for some good old prata for super. I decided to order a mutton muturbak to share. The mutton is good. Full of taste. It is really huge though.. Able to be shared amongst like 4 people. Not to bad tasting. Slightly dry though

This place is lcoated at near thomson and would be accessible by bus or car.My friend ordered this plate of mee goreng.and i ordered 2 plain and 1 egg prata.I would say this the place is really quiet but the place could be better if it is less slippery.
