I've loved Ippudo since I first discovered it when it just opened. It reminded me of Ramen in Tokyo. Their Kyushu Miso Ramen is my favourite, even though I've tried nearly all the Ramen in their menu. The broth is flavourful and rich, and you can choose the consistency of the noodles. One gripe I have is that the portions are too small for the price (after GST nearly $20). The side dishes also fall flat as the gyoza are small and most of them are not very interesting.
