The Burger Bar is located at Far East Plaza Level 1 and it replaces the taiwan/hong kong eatery that was beside the Chippy’s British takeaway stall. It’s a pretty small shop that only has two tables good for groups of 4 and 4 single counter seats that are cramped, so do bear in mind that fact if you are intending to visit. I ordered a a Grilled Chicken Cheeseburger with a Honey Oat Bun with shredded lettuce, pickles, bacon, caramalised onions and sauteed mushrooms with Smoked Chipotle sauce. Went for Monterey Jack cheese as they allow you to choose which cheese to go with the burger. Chicken patty was fresh, juicy and succulent and the other condiments were also executed well and complimented the burger. Was also neat enough to eat with your barehands. For a side, I chose to order Mozzarella Cheese Sticks. It was sinful at its best and incredibly addictive. The batter was crispy; the cheese was just stringy and extremely chewy. One of the best that I had ever had.
