shiok maki gen 1 $16.80Besides the combination of grilled eel, lightly grilled salmon and fish roe toppings, it was also the yellow sauce that makes shiok maki shiok. I can't tell what sauce it was but it sure was delicious. The grilled salmon melts in the mouth and the combination is just heavenly!
Waiting time was very long - approximately an hour as usual.
