I ordered a plate of fried oyster for S$5.00.

There were five pieces of plump oysters. The oysters were cooked to perfection not too dried out or overcooked.

There were a good mixture of eggs and tapioca flour.

Garnished with a generous amount of chopped spring onions.

Though it’s a bit oily, I like the overall flavour. It wasn’t too salty.

The oysters was fresh unlike those shrivelled ones that we normally get from the hawker centre.

I requested for separate chilli sauce to go along with the fried oyster. The tangy chilli sauce has vinegar added so it’s a bit sourish but palatable and boost my appetite.
