I am surprised to find an outlet at the Singapore Food Festival Village. The menu here is quite limited as they only have 2 cooks here.Crispy White Bait Fish ($6.50)I feel it is a bit too crispy, but overall still quite additive with the tangy chilli sauce.Salted Egg Yolk Fish Skins ($8)I am a bit shocked to find a layer of oil at the bottom of box. The salted egg bits is very little. The crispy fish skins is very nice and additive, especially we are having it with ice cold beer.Seafood Treasure

This dish takes the longest time to make out of the 3 dishes. It tastes very nice, especially with the fish roes popping in the mouth.
As I am using a 20% off voucher at this booth, it costs a total of $16.80 using NET Flashpay Card.
