Came across this stall that was still opened around 9pm + (alot of the stalls were already closed) and realised that they not only sell fish soup, but also Claypot cuisine and miniwok. So tried this Kung Pow Chicken rice in Mini Wok.

Instead of cashew nuts, capsicum and onions were used. The chicken were diced to bite size pieces and the dried chillies were added in approximation so it is not too spicy. To add on to make this dish more healthy, the auntie even added tomato and lettuces without the need for me to request for more vegetable.

I find this dish reasonable for its price and quite nice for dinner. Will go back again for their other dishes.
