Remember Singapore's very own hawker heroes? Where our local hawkers and Gordon Ramsay had a face-off? Well, I decided to take a visit to 328 Katong Laksa (which was one of the contestants who won) to see if their Laksa had improved since I had last visited it 6 years ago. We ordered 2 bowls of their laksa and some otah to go along with it. I must say, the laksa has improved over the years! 6 years ago, I remembered my bowl of laksa to be extremely powdery but now the gravy is not only less powdery but it also tastes pretty awesome

But because of their popularity from the hawker heroes challenge, the queue at 328 Katong Laksa do get considerably long sometimes. So if you don't mind dining outside with the heat then do go there to try their laksa!
