not a usual fan of lemon but this changed me completely.a lemon meringue pie.the lemon curd was tangy and refreshing. not too much of this for it would spoil a good thing when there is too much of it.the meringue had a nice burnt pattern atop. and it was sweet but not overly so. it compensated for the sourness of the lemon curd below.the tart base was not too hard and it wasn't a short crust texture. it was a little soft maybe from an overnight in the fridge but i loved the filling too much to b
