During december last year, for our family's christmas celebration, we bought a cake from Emicakes, specifically the White Christmas Glamour Tiramisu log cake. The log cake is best suited for 8 people with no remainder. While the cake is quite delicious, I felt that the tiramisu taste did not really come out. It simply lacking in the taste which you will expect in a tiramisu cake. I guess the coffee concentration is too weak.
