When you walk in to Saveur, you simply can't neglect the cool black and white interior design. It's contemporary and stylish. I had the Duck Salad ($5.90) for appetizer. The portion is surprising huge for that price. Shredded duck confit paired beautifully with mesculun and tossed with homemade lemon vinaigrette. Pork belly ($10.90) is served with creamy green lentils and soft boiled egg. It has nice layers of meat and nice layers of fat, and it's cooked properly, eventhough the top layer (skin) is not as crispy and crackly as I expected, the meat flavour is simply satisfying.

As for desserts, Chocolate and Hazelnut ($7.90) is my least favourite, mainly because the sweetness of the chocolate mousse is slightly overwhelmed. However, I love the crusted hazelnuts, roasted rice puffs and praline, crunchy, nutty and tasty.

Pistachio panna cotta is a must try I reckon! The pistachio infused panna cotta is silky in texture, very yummy! Topped with caramelized crusty pistachio, it's heavenly good!

Lastly, Textures of citrus ($6.90) is like a piece of art, gorgeous presentation with bright coloours! Blood orange jelly is topped with orange granite, freeze-dried pineapple, citrus segments and lime zest, very refreshing and it's such a good wrap-up of a satisfying meal.
