I love their wanton noodles. The wanton is juicy and big and the texture of the noodles is al dante, i do not like noodles that are too soggy. The soup base although look blend but it is quite tasty Most people will order the 8 flavors Xiao Long Boa, which consist of Foie Gras, cheese, Original, Ginseng, Black Truffle, crab roe, Garlic and Szechuan. This is a cold dish. Chicken with Chinese cooking wine. The meat of of the chicken is chewy, I do not like meat that are too soft like fish and the cooking wine enhance the flavour of the chicken

Fried red bean pastry. It is fluffy like soufflé and inside is red bean fillings and coated with icing sugar. It is not too sweet and the red bean filling is made with real mesh red beans and not instant canned beans.
