Well-done Or Luak is very satisfying but one that merely resembles can also spoil the eating experience. I am glad to share this dish at Makansutra with you as it is one that will not disappoint. The oysters are plump and juicy (as oysters should be) and the egg cooked just right with crispy edges. The chilli deserves a mention as well. It went really well with the dish.
