Timbre may have one of the best mayonise fries in town. The french fries are deep fried till crispy and presented on a basket. With a few dash of chilli flakes topped on it to add that little spiceness to it. The fun part about this finger foods is that the mayonise sauce is directly topped on the crispy french fries instead of present to us on a separate sauce bowl.
