Today, I re-visit this restaurant located at Bugis’.I order the Meatless Minestrone which is vegetarian soup with Potato, carrot, celery, macaroni, kidney beans, cabbage, zucchini, leek, basil and the Condiment is Gremolata (Mixture of parsley, lemon rind, garlic & parmesan cheese). It has a wonderful colors - the green and white flesh of zucchinis, the blood red kidney beans and the plump tomatoes.Each mouthful is a burst of flavors with the gremolata giving a slight garlicky after taste.The pr
