Panfried Duck Leg Confit- is a MUST TRY. I’ve read a lot about this dish online and I can totally understand the hype. The duck meat is super tender and the skin is fried crispy. And it’s reasonably priced at $12. Only downside, it’s rather salty but I think the confit is meant to be like that.

Seafood and Fish Paella- I must say, the rice was served with generous portions of salmon fish and capsicum bits. You will also find two jumbo prawns inside which were so uber big and fresh. The rice have a soft niam niam texture but mix well and combine them with the fresh seafood and capsicum bits and you will have Paella!

Chocolate soufflé- Ultimate dessert ever. At only $6.80. Served with vanilla ice cream and vanilla sauce. Got this recommendation from Rubbish Eat Rubbish Grow and this is one dish that is a MUST try. Strangely, this dessert is not found on the menu. I was informed that this is a “daily special” and you need to specifically request for it over the dessert counter. It is a very light, fluffy confection that puffs out when taken hot out of the oven. I like the combination of cold vanilla ice cream, together with the soft, warm chocolate soufflé. It is the ultimate comfort food. I found myself scrapping every last remnant bit of the soufflé, especially the sugar grains that coat the sides of the porcelain bowl it was served in
