This mee sua with oysters and pig’s intestines had a weird taste. Initially I thought the ingredients were not fresh but it was actually the broth, which lacked depth and kind of too watery. Simply topped with spring onions, without garlic and vinegar, the flavour just did not seem right. Portion given was also quite little, not exactly enough for a typical girl's appetite.
