I am really glad that Provence has expanded. Back then, the only place to go to satisfy my craving for its bread is at Holland V. This outlet is a smaller branch - there are only limited varieties of the breads. However, its signatures like the wassants, milk pan and the brazilian cheese breads are available. This outlet is a smaller branch - there are only limited varieties of the breads. However, its signatures like the wassants, milk pan and the brazilian cheese breads are available. I was actually looking out for the walnut bread, but apparantly, Petite Provence does not carry it. Hence, I settled for the Milk Pan bread. I really liked how soft the bread it and how it is slightly chewy. The bread encloses a milky filling. It tasted like cream but has the consistency of a custard. Delicious!
