Petit Provence (Closed)

i think i love provence bread so much that whenever i pass by their outlets i will get something to munch on. other than the milk pan, the sesame pizza is my favourite. although there is no ham or bacon inside, just veggie and cheese, i think it just taste so nice and may be even better than the real pizza

Ome of my fav bread storeThey have quite alot of choice of breads & my fav is their mini bread is very soft & i like the one with chocolatecroissant bread is very crispy outside & soft inside on top there's a layer of melted sugar on it price a bit expensive but really worth it !!overall i rate 9/10

I am really glad that Provence has expanded. Back then, the only place to go to satisfy my craving for its bread is at Holland V. This outlet is a smaller branch - there are only limited varieties of the breads. However, its signatures like the wassants, milk pan and the brazilian cheese breads are available. I love Provence because it's a Japanese bakery and Japanese bakeries are good at what they do. Their breads are usually fresh, fluffy and soft with delicious fillings inside, be it a sweet milk custard or savory cheese or just simply plain, they are still good.Petit Provence is the smaller version chain of Provence, normally just a kiosk, for customers to buy and have it to-go. This is the first stall of Provence I was introduced to and how good it is when the famous custard and chocolate rolls is just freshly out of the oven.Well truthfully, whether people are just totally engrossed by the advertisement that it's so so good, I find it rather normal - i dont' taste the chocolate at all. Sure it is great when its out of the oven, its still soft and warm, just nice in your mouth, but really, I don't taste any chocolate nor custard, as you can see the line of the filling

Brazilian cheese buns ! They are the best. Soft chewy centre and a sugar glaze atop it !Croissants, be it the crispy layered croissants or the soft croissants, I must say they are very flavourful. Their chocolate croissants are very chocolately while I would not recommend the Kaya, it's lacking somewhere.Most of the bread are priced at approximately $1-$2 per piece.Nonetheless, they are great for afternoon snacks and I might say, quite value for money !
