Albert Centre and while it's quite well known for it's good hawker foods from as far as 20 years ago, i was there last Satursday and was amazed that all food stalls licence were either in Category B or C and even D and not a single A by NEA and since it's so crowded and this is Singapore, it's really no harm eating.I ordered mixed pork porridge from this stall even though it's licence is Category C and because the porridge taste good like Hong Kong porridge and the ingredients like intestines do

Albert Centre and while it's quite well known for it's good hawker foods from as far as 20 years ago, i was there last Satursday and was amazed that all food stalls licence were either in Category B or C and even D and not a single A by NEA and since it's so crowded and this is Singapore, it's really no harm eating.
I ordered mixed pork porridge from this stall even though it's licence is Category C and because the porridge taste good like Hong Kong porridge and the ingredients like intestines do not smell, i decided to order a plate of sashimi from them since i kept stareing at their billboard and the local sashimi looks attractive.
I'm not disappointed as the plate of sashimi for $4 is fresh and the mixed of oil and lime juice, soya sauce, ginger and slice chillies are well blend.
