Albert Centre and while it's quite well known for it's good hawker foods from as far as 20 years ago, i was there last Satursday and was amazed that all food stalls licence were either in Category B or C and even D and not a single A by NEA and since it's so crowded and this is Singapore, it's really no harm eating.I ordered mixed pork porridge from this stall even though it's licence is Category C and because the porridge taste good like Hong Kong porridge and the ingredients like intestines do
I ordered mixed pork porridge from this stall even though it's licence is Category C and because the porridge taste good like Hong Kong porridge and the ingredients like intestines do not smell, i decided to order a plate of sashimi from them since i kept stareing at their billboard and the local sashimi looks attractive.
I'm not disappointed as the plate of sashimi for $4 is fresh and the mixed of oil and lime juice, soya sauce, ginger and slice chillies are well blend.
