What I like about Gin Thye Cake Maker Mooncake is that, the skin of the mooncake is thin, everyone also knows that the thinner the skin of the mooncake, the more skilled the person is to achieve that thickness. What I like about Gin Thye Cake Maker Mooncake is that, the skin of the mooncake is thin, everyone also knows that the thinner the skin of the mooncake, the more skilled the person is to achieve that thickness. I bought the lotus mooncake with one egg yolk, the lotus is really smooth and not too sweet. I love it so much that I ate about nearly three quarter of the mooncake at one go!
The egg yolk is not too salty nor dry, just that the appearance of the egg yolk is not like the ones you see in those that you bought from hotels and other places with are round and circular. While the egg yolk in this mooncake is like deformed. Overall the price of the mooncake is reasonable about $40++ per box and I will buy mooncake from there again next year.
