The Mushroom Pot is well known for its mushroom soup hot pot with more than 20 types of wild mushrooms, fresh seafood and meat selections. The Stir Fried Rice Cake was a tradition dish with a modern twist. The texture of the rice cake was firm and nice with the mushroom fragrant.
The Fried Beancurd Skin had a nice and thick fish paste. Although it was deep fried, it was not too oily. The dipping sauce was a good complement to the dish.
