This is a must try! Every time I go Takashimaya, I would buy one and take away more. I remember eating this when I was a kid and staying at the nearby Mandarin Hotel.I always order the Omelette Modanyaki although the others are good too. The noodles are wrapped in the egg omelette. I always order the Omelette Modanyaki although the others are good too. The noodles are wrapped in the egg omelette. The noodles have meat I think it is chicken meat, cabbage and sometimes, ginger. They also put mayonnaise in it. I love it with the mayonnaise and always ask for more.

They will squeeze tomato sauce on it and you can ask them not to put it.

I really hope they open more outlets.
