This was my first time trying a Hong Kong style Neapolitan cake. It’s like when I bite it, it was a little cream that I taste at the very top, immediately after I bite on the crispy layer at the top and bottom and this squeeze the cream in between, oozing out into my mouth.
The cream was not the inferior cream that we get tired with if there is a lot on the cake. the cream was so special that it has a mixture with something that bites like nuts and the taste is so “mmm…” ;D
Definitely not exaggerating, but perhaps it’s because this is my first time trying and it suits my taste;D
