Kyoto $9 before GST
One can tell from the name Kyoto that this is a Japanese inspired cake made of matcha mousse, chestnut creameux and matcha sponge. This does not taste sweet despite the presence of chestnut and the green tea powder used is likely to be authentic with a mild bitter aftertaste.

Exotique $9
I love this Gula Melaka Tart out of the four reviewed in this post as it never stops with surprises. The bright yellow exotique coulis on top burst out that sour lava and balanced very well with the coconut mousse filled with gula melaka cremeux, finger sponge with gula melaka. Indeed, one of the most exotique renditions of the South east Asian ingredients.

Service was average but these 2 are worth trying much more than the others simply because they are unlikely to be found elsewhere.
