this time we had our buns in a box instead of in the plastic bag as their pastry do not hold well when there is steam in the bag. if you get it in the plastic bag, the pastry starts getting mushy and messy and sticking to the bag, and falling to bits. the pink longevity bun with lotus filling is great. it tends to be very sweet but it looks cute and the pastry is soft and nice if it has been transported in a box and not a plastic bag. the buns are not made there but are brought in by a truck...
