Since I'm visiting this place during lunch, I chose to sit inside. The interior is decorated simply with a white and blue theme giving a nice, cosy vibe. It was also not too crowded when I was there. You'll be greeted by "Jeanette Aw" at the door, followed by the prompt and attentive staff inside

- Bawan Kepiting Broth ($6.90)
I tried the bawan kepiting broth, which is described as chicken meat balls and shredded bamboo shoots in clear chicken soup. It's served with a choice of either rice, glass noodles (my choice) or macaroni. The chicken soup is a light-tasting broth, not too bad taste-wise, although I would have preferred more brewed chicken taste in it. Five large chicken balls were given, and they had fresh crab meat within the balls too - Nice. The glass noodles went well with the soup, but the serving of the noodles were a bit too little. But...that means your stomach will have room for dessert haha.

- Cheesy ayam cutlet ($8.80)
The chicken cutlet is freshly fried and thoughtfully cut into pieces for you. Cheese oozes out from within the tender chicken chop, quite yummy indeed. The coating of the cutlet is crispy and crunches well with each bite. The side salad served is a normal kind of coleslaw while the fries are crinkle-cut fries which were not piping hot when served - they could have been left out for a while as they were on the point of getting a bit soggy. Gotta improve on those fries.

- Calamansi soda
The calamansi soda is a good drink to follow with after the cutlet. It'a a rather "solid" drink, with an intense calamansi flavor. At least one can be sure that they did not skimp on the amount of calamansi inside (although it's at a rather pricey $3.90). If you can take the sourness, this is a really refreshing drink. Personally, I think the balance between the sour calamansi and sweet soda is just nice.

- Soya bean curd topped with azuki red beans

Seeing that they have a 1-for-1 promo for the soya bean curd, of course I could not resist ordering one to try.
Being a fan of red beans, I simply had to opt for the $1 top-up of azuki red beans. The red beans were sweet and fragrant and cooked to a nice soft consistency, just the way I like it
The soya bean curd ($1.80) itself was smooth and silky and not too sweet, quite a nice dessert to end off the meal.

This is definitely a nice place to chill out for a casual meal!
