When you go to Mayim Chinese Cuisine, do try their Xiao Long Bao. One thing i like about this restaurant is that they allow you to order the number of xiao long bao you want, of course they have a minimum among of three pieces. unlike other places where the quantity is pre decided and may not be enough to go around. mayim allow you to order as many as you like and their xiao long bao is placed in cookie casing. i think to prevent the soup from seeping out should your xiao long bao skin breaks. y

One thing i like about this restaurant is that they allow you to order the number of xiao long bao you want, of course they have a minimum among of three pieces. unlike other places where the quantity is pre decided and may not be enough to go around. mayim allow you to order as many as you like and their xiao long bao is placed in cookie casing. i think to prevent the soup from seeping out should your xiao long bao skin breaks. you still can drink up the soup from the casing. their xiao long bao skin is not too thick, the meat inside is very fresh and the soup is very tasty not too salty. on top of my 4 pieces of xiao long bao, i also ordered their roast duck noodles as well. it was realy good too.
