I was supposed to have dinner with a group of 9, and 6 were already present but we were not allowed to be seated till everyone arrives. While I do understand that they were making the system fair for everyone such that people don't take up seats to talk while waiting for their other friends to arrive, shouldn't they seat the group when the majority is already present? I mean, it's not like we all eat at the same speeds, so I don't see why we can't be seated first. After we were finally seated, I
After we were finally seated, I ordered a Shiromaru Hakata Classic Ramen, a sizeable portion of noodles with a piece of char siu. Char siu was tender and flavourful. The ramen was topped with preserved ginger strips and a side of generous negi, doused in a pork bone broth boiled for four hours at least.
It was simple, classic and filling.
