Was attracted to the promise of Cantonese cuisine from the stall front and hence ordered a beef hor fun to try. For $4, the serving was really generous. I found the sauce to be a bit too dark in color. It was quite tasty, but I feel it's too one-dimensional with only a salty taste. I have high expectations for Cantonese cuisine - a really good one should have a multitude of different tastes within a good dish. The beef slices were nice and tender though. I have high expectations for Cantonese cuisine - a really good one should have a multitude of different tastes within a good dish. The beef slices were nice and tender though. The dish is generally not bad, perhaps I'll try other dishes from this stall next time before giving it a final verdict.
