Tried this amazing fried carrot cake at the Food Expo! This is, definitely, by far the best fried carrot cake I've tasted so far. They are very innovative too, they have about 10 different fried carrot cake flavours (flavoured using seasoning powder). My friend and I got the Nori Seaweed Flavoured Fried Carrot Cake. First bite into it, I was blown away by the fragrance. The egg in it enhanced the flavour, bringing the carrot cake to the next level (really, it's very delicious!). On the downside

On the downside though, flavour of the nori seaweed wasn't really present. Otherwise, this is perfect!
