During my second visit to Holland Village Fish Head Bee Hoon, we decided not to have the XO fish noodles, but try their Zi Char. Not knowing what's good, we ordered those dishes that are advertised on their board. The XO sauce Tofu is one of the signature dish. We also ordered the butter prawn. The prawns are deep-fried till golden colour, and then cooked with butter.. and egg. Very crispy but slightly sweet though.

Other than these, this place is also famous for the shrimp paste fried chicken, prawn rolls, fried fish kuey teow etc.
